Valentine's Day is fast approaching

This card is so pretty. The designer paper is from the mini. I can hardly wait to get my hands on this paper...it is going to get a lot of use.

Pizza time

Well we are getting another dumping of snow this morning, on top of all the snow we got yesterday! The happy news is that next week at this time we will be headed to Jamaica!

Despite the snowstorm yesterday, I spent the day with my "Scrappin' Sistas". I was a little late, and left early but I did manage to accomplish a lot, including these cute little pizza boxes. They hold 4 mini note cards, and envelops. These would also work well for little candies.

So simple to make, and if you like, check out this link to Mary Fish. She has a great video tutorial on how to make the boxes. They are simple and addictive!

I finally made something....

Good Snowy Morning....last night a group of demo's got together at Lisa's and we all got to make this card and the little pillow box just in time for Valentine's Day! It was so fun to actually make something. Thanks Lisa for hosting a fun meeting and preparing this make and take for us.

We used real red for the base, blushing bride for the embossed panel, and the circle is shimmer white. Do you love the glitter heart? This is new glitter paper in the Spring Mini...it is a great product, and the glitter stays on the paper! You can punch it out, cut it, run it through the Big Shot...so versatile!

Another snowy day here in Ontario, and I just checked the weather in Nashville and it is pretty much the same as here! I sure hope all the demo's making the trip to Leadership get there safe and sound, with out delays!

Winter Roses....

Good Morning Ladies...another quick post to show you a card I just loved when I saw it. The roses are made with vellum and the table setting die. Isn't this just lovely. Wish I had made it! Be sure to stop by Heidi's blog and say Hi!

Yep, I am still here!

WOW, hope no one else gets this nasty "whatever" that is going around. It is the worst. I did go to work on Friday, and then the weekend, well, slept, and not much more!

Sorry for the no blogging, but I have been out with a nasty cold/flu since last Wed. Just when you think you are feeling better, and that the medicine is kicking in, back it comes. I have never slept so much as I have over this last week.
